I highly recommend this excellent 15 minute commencement address given at Stanford University by college drop-out and founder of Apple and Pixar, Steve Jobs. It contains many gems of wisdom that all of us can benefit from in our own lives.

I’ve kept a journal since I received my first one as a gift for my 8th birthday. Ever since then I have enjoyed writing down my thoughts, feelings and experiences. The process has been therapeutic for me and has helped me to better understand myself as the years have passed.
