Success, in all areas of life, really boils down to understanding the principle of the the Compound Effect and applying it in DAILY life. The author, Darren Hardy, is the Publisher of Success Magazine and has a phenomenal track record of high-performance and world-class achievement.

The Challenge to Succeed, by Jim Rohn
Jim Rohn (1930-2009) was one of the most influential teachers of our time. He was passionate about helping people to make the very most of their one great life. His teachings helped to transform the lives of millions and he continues to touch and inspire people after his death. His unique voice, fun sense of humor and his passion for making a difference in people's lives are sure to make this one of your favorites as well.

The 80/20 Principle, by Richard Koch
This is both a book and an audio program that I was introduced by a very good friend of mine who is also passionate about personal development. I highly recommend this for anyone who wishes to simplify their life while at the same time increasing their results and happiness!

This is a must-read for any business owner, entrepreneur, manager or executive. It is also a must read for anyone who wishes to be in business for themselves and to be a true Entrepeneur-Leader….an EntreLeader. Dave knows his stuff and he can teach this so well, because he has been walking the walk for 20+ years and has built a highly successful multi-million dollar enterprise utilizing these principles.
